The death of Rodney King appears to be accidental. But an autopsy and a toxicology report will determine the exact cause of death. King's beating twenty years ago by police caused riots in Los Angeles.
King was found early Sunday at the bottom of his swimming pool in Rialto, Calif. Police say King was only in the water three to four minutes between the time his fiance called 911 and when officers pulled him out. She says he had been drinking heavily and using marijuana the day before he died. Rodney King was 47 years old.
The Miami Heat has a two-to-one lead in the best of seven NBA finals! Last night, Miami's Lebron James had 29 points and 14 rebounds. Teammate Dwyane Wade put another 25 points on the board.
Rielle Hunter's bombshell memoir will be released next week. The Associated Press purchased an advance copy. The former mistress of John Edwards writes she contemplated what life would be like for her and her daughter if Edwards were to be convicted and imprisoned on campaign finance charges.
It also includes Hunter's mixed views on Edwards' parenting of their daughter, Quinn. Hunter writes that she still has romantic feelings for Edwards but doesn't know how their relationship will turn out. ABC's 20-20 anchor Chris Cuomo is slated to sit down with hunter for an exclusive interview later this week.
