
The Birmingham Barons will open the second half of the season with a five-game series against the Mississippi Braves, Double-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, beginning Thursday, June 21st at 7:05 PM.
The homestand kicks off with Thirsty Thursday featuring 16 oz. beverages for $1
presented by Budweiser and Buffalo Wild Wings. Thursday is also Peanut Free
Night at Regions Park.
No peanuts or peanut-based products will be sold at the
stadium for a night as the Barons provide an opportunity for fans who suffer
from serious peanut allergy's to attend a game.
Prior to Thursday's game there
will be a pre-game concert presented by Redline Bar & Grill. Gates will
open at 6:00 PM.
The weekend starts with a bang featuring post-game fireworks on Friday
presented by Coca-Cola, Dales Seasoning and MBS.
The Barons will be giving away
Bobby Thigpen Bobblehead's to the first 1,000 adults in attendance courtesy of
Auto-Owners Insurance.
Saturday is Church Night at Regions Park with Super
Saturday post-game fireworks presented by Red Diamond and MINI of Birmingham.
Sundays throughout the season are Military Sundays at Regions Park presented by
DRASH, Dreamland BBQ and Red Diamond.
Fans presenting a military ID can
purchase $3 general admission tickets every Sunday throughout the season. The
homestand concludes with Back to Basics Monday presented by YP Real Yellow
Pages.
Monday will also be the final Kids Day of the season.
