If you completed Jefferson County Committee for Economic Opportunity, the Head Start Program is looking for you. The program is taking applications from high school seniors who completed the program and are headed to college. That is because Head Start is offering up a scholarship. Those who completed the JCCEO Head Start Program are eligible to apply for a "Jefferson County Committee for Opportunity Head Start Scholarship."
