Alberta's new gathering place is ready.
A Washington based non-profit, called Pomegranate volunteers have spent the week building what looks like a mini-amphitheater.
The goal is to create a centralized locations for people in communities to meet up and communicate.
One of Pomegranate's coffee sponsors paid for the Alberta gathering place.
Organizers hope other communities throughout Tuscaloosa will like the idea and build gathering places in other areas around the city.
75% of the Alberta gathering place was built using recyclable debris from last April's tornado.
