Oklahoma City Will Play Miami In The NBA Finals

Posted: Updated:

It took seven games, but the Eastern Conference finally crowned its champion Saturday night - and for the second-straight year, it is the Miami Heat.

LeBron James and Dwayne Wade lead the way for the Heat, as they bested the Boston Celtics in South Beach 101-88.

James scored 31 points and grabbed 15 rebounds, while Wade added 23 points.  They were outdone on the stat sheet by Boston's Rajon Rondo, who notched a triple-double with 22 points, 14 assists, and 10 rebounds.

Now the Heat turn their focus to Oklahoma City, who dispatched San Antonio in six games to win the Western Conference.

During the regular season, the two teams played twice - each winning on its home court.

Game one of the NBA Finals tips off in Oklahoma City on Tuesday at 8 PM.  Tulsa's Channel 8 will be live in OKC for a pre-game sports special, which begins at 6:30 PM.
