Researchers say, radiation from CT scans could put your child at slight risk for developing cancer.

A new study of children under the age of 15 found those who had two or three scans are at a three times greater risk for brain cancer.

Five to ten scans triple the risk for leukemia.

Although the risk is still very low -- researchers suggest to only have your child scanned if absolutely necessary.
