    Many people use their computers to chat online with far-away friends.  This week, the Tech Guy has two devices that that the computer out of the picture.

    Biscotti connects to your TV through HDMI, and your network by wi-fi.  It lets you video chat without having to sit in front of your computer's webcam.  It has an HD camera, and shows your chat in widescreen on your TV.  The person you're chatting with must have either another Biscotti, or Google Talk.

    The NetTalk Duo Wifi lets you use your regular phone to chat over the internet.  It connects to your network by wi-fi, and provides unlimited calling to the USA and Canada.  International calls require an additional fee, above the $30 yearly account.
