Weaver's city council could vote next week to reconsider its decision to end bus service on June 16th. Mayor Garry Bearden says the East Alabama Regional Planning and Economic Dev elopement Commission has revised the town's bill for transit service, the mayor was not able to recall how much the bill was reduced.

The town and commission had a disagreement over charges for a fixed bus route and para transit service.  Weaver had only budgeted $10,000, but the commission's formula for a bill came up with a $13,000 plus price tag.
