According to Sgt. Andy Norris of the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office, Deputies developed information that there was a meth lab operation in a transient settlement in the woods behind Memory Hill Gardens on Skyland Blvd.
Deputies located a campsite and discovered a Meth Lab, along with a suspect, 50 year old, Bobby Jean Norton.
Norton was charged with Trafficking Meth, Unlawful Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance First Degree, Possession Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession Controlled Substance, and is being on $202,000 bond.
