4 oz. cream cheese, softened |

Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme in medium bowl with mixer until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Place ice cream in chilled dessert bowl. Top with 1 – 2 tablespoons of cream cheese topping. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings, optional. Top with fresh strawberry. Serve immediately. Makes one serving. Note: You will have enough cream cheese topping to make several more sundaes. You can also make parfaits by layering two scoops of ice cream with two dollops of the topping and add a sprinkle of chocolate shavings in a chilled parfait glass.
