Second arrest in Anniston gas station shooting

ANNISTON - AL -

Anniston Police make a second arrest in a weekend gas station shooting. Carey Richardson was arrested and charged with attempted murder, assault, menacing and criminal trespass. Michael Anthony Brown was arrested earlier this week in the case. The shooting happened Sunday at a gas station on Noble street and MacArthur. An innocent bystander was caught in the crossfire. She was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
