It was a great day in Hoover Alabama... One of the most beautiful places in the world to live and work.

This morning at the Mayor's prayer breakfast, Mayor Ivy, Pastors from Churches in Hoover, Chancellor of the UA Systems Dr. Robert Witt and Miss Hoover all shined in representing a fine community.

I was honored to be the emcee. Hearing the best and the brightest in the community, reminded me that we can be thankful for our community leaders. Be thankful for city workers, Police and firefighters. These are the people who give up time with their own families to serve others.

It is with a servants heart that they lead their communities. Thanks for all you do.
