"I'm Jefferson County Sheriff Mike Hale with this week's Crime Stoppers Most Wanted.
Tonight's suspect faces serious charges, and we need your help to track him down. If you've seen him, call Crime Stoppers now at 205-254-7777.
The first suspect 29-year-old Micah Charles Buchanan. He's charged with Two Counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance and Probation Violation for Possession of a Forged Instrument 2 nd Degree. His last-known address is on the 7300 block of 4th Avenue South in Birmingham.
The second suspect is 31-year-old Timothy Elkins. He's charged with Domestic Violence by Strangulation, Two Counts of Domestic Violence 3rd, and Unlawful Imprisonment. His last-known address is on the 2400 block of McClellan Road in Trafford.
We also need your help to find 31-year-old Walter Dewayne McGowin, III. He's charged with Failure to Appear for Production of Pornography with Minors, Possession of Controlled Substances, and Possession of Marijuana 1 st. His last-known address is on the 800 block of Panama Street in Birmingham.

If you provide information to Crime Stoppers, detectives will never ask for your name, and they will never see your phone number. Instead, you will be assigned a private code number. If your tip is the first to lead to an arrest, you then use the code number to claim a cash reward.
Crime Stoppers cannot call its tipsters to testify in court.
