
During a Birmingham City Council meeting, the American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation announced it is launching 'Cities for Life.'
It's a community-based diabetes management program that will help educate people living with the disease and help them better understand how to better manage their condition. The program will be focused on the Southside, Southwest, Homewood, Titusville and West End communities.
