An aspirin a day may keep lung cancer away?

An aspirin a day may keep lung cancer away.

A recent study by Chinese researchers found that women who took at least a couple of aspirin a week were less likely to develop lung cancer.

The results back up a number of previous studies that linked regular aspirin use to lower risks of certain cancers.  They include colon, prostate and esophageal cancers.  However, aspirin is not yet recommended for cancer prevention.

For now, the best way to prevent lung cancer is not to smoke.
