Ten Runs In Third Inning Lead ORU To First Win

TULSA -- After falling behind 2-0 to Eastern Michigan, Oral Roberts responds with a 10-run inning; leading the Golden Eagles to an 11-6 victory. It's ORU's first win of the season.

ORU Shortstop Nate Goro drove in four of those runs as part of a 3-5 game.

Jared Schlehuber knocked out his second home run of the season during that big inning. It was a 3-run homer for the fifth-year senior.

Junior Cam Schiller hit his first home run of the year.

Both teams were winless going into Friday afternoon's first of three games. The Golden Eagles improve to 1-4 while EMU Eagles drop to 0-3.

Game 2 is scheduled to start Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
