No action on Wall Street on President's Day, but everybody will be watching on Tuesday.

When trading picks up, the Dow Jones Industrials could reach the 13,000 mark. It closed just 50 points shy of the milestone on Friday.

The last time Wall Street saw 13,000 was in May 2008. The record high for the Dow is 14,164 reached in October 2007.

At the time, unemployment stood at 4.7%. Right now, the national unemployment rate is 8.3%.
