Indy Car Testing at Barber Motorsports Park

11 Indy Car teams were tested on Monday at the Barber Motorsports Park.

The test was critical because the series introduced a new car for this season.

Drivers have been critical of the new design, but according to Indy Car Driver Helio Castroneves, the cars are coming around.

Not only is the car different this season, but so is the schedule.

The schedule is much heavier on the road courses. There are 16 road courses this year, compared to just five ovals.

The season opens at the end of March. The Race at Barber is on April 1st.
