The Federal Communications Commission says it will require telemarketers to obtain written consent from people before placing a robocall. The new rules also eliminate a loophole that allowed telemarketers to place robocalls if they had an "established business relationship" with the consumer.

Texas police  released the dashcam video of country music star Randy Travis' arrest earlier this month. Officers arrested Travis on suspicion of being drunk. They spotted his vehicle parked in front of a church. Police say they couldn't verify Travis' identity at the time because he didn't have an ID on him. Officers say there wan an open bottle of wine and that Travis smelled of alcohol. He apologized for his arrest, saying it was the result of a super bowl party.

The saga of Jeremy Lin keeps growing. The former Harvard player dished out 13 assists last night as the New York Knicks beat the Sacramento Kings. It was the Knicks seventh straight win. In case you haven't heard, this is just Lin's first week as a starter in the NBA.

There's a restaurant in Las Vegas called the Heart Attack Grill. The waitstaff dresses like nurses, and customers wear hospital gowns as bibs. So, when a customer who was eating a 6,000-calorie "triple bypass burger" started having an actual heart attack, it's no wonder people thought it was a stunt. Paramedics arrived and took the customer to the hospital. Heart Attack Grill uses slogans like, "Taste Worth Dying For." There is a house policy that allows diners weighing over 350 pounds to eat for free.
