Instead of giving your ''sweetie'' dessert after your valentine's dinner, how about serving ''dessert'' for breakfast?
Researchers recently found that eating dessert in the morning could actually lead to weight loss.
Scientists with Tel Aviv University divided 193 obese adults into two diet groups.
One had a low-carb 300 calorie breakfast; the other had a 600 calorie breakfast high in protein, carbs, and included a dessert.
Over 32 weeks, both groups lost weight.
However, those in the first group eventually regained the weight.
Researchers said, they didn't feel full.
Experts say, if you are going to indulge, do so in the morning.
That's when the body's metabolism is most active.
