You hear it in Star Wars, Jaws, Superman, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, Schindler's List, Home Alone and the first three Harry Potter films.

In addition, Williams composed theme music for 4 Olympic games, NBC Nightly News, and he served as principal conductor of the Boston Pops Orchestra.

Williams is a five-time Oscar winner. He has been nominated 47 times! In fact, he's back at the Oscars later this month as a double nominee, for War Horse and The Adventures of Tintin.
