Randy Travis

An embarrassed Randy Travis has apologized. The country singer was arrested for public intoxication outside a church in the small town of Sanger, Texas.

Police found Travis in his vehicle with an open bottle of wine.  They say he smelled of alcohol.
Travis says he had been "celebrating the Super Bowl."

He launches a concert tour Friday and wants his fans to know he is "committed to being responsible and accountable"

Proposition Eight

It appears likely California's Proposition Eight is headed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

A federal appeals court ruled that the ban on same sex marriage is unconstitutional based on a violation of civil rights of gays and lesbians. Prop Eight passed with 52% of the vote back in 2008.

It outlawed same-sex unions just five months after they had become legal in California.

"$16 House"

Remember the guy who paid $16 to file a claim to an empty $340,000 house in Dallas and then moved in?

Hope he enjoyed his visit because he's gone now.  Last month, a bank foreclosed on the property.

A judge gave Kenneth Robinson one week to clear out. He slipped out before sunrise on Tuesday.
