The Tech Guy takes a look at two devices that allow you to take your multimedia with you:
The Home Roam TV includes a transmitter that connects to audio video outputs on a TV, DVD player, or a set top box; and a receiver with a 7" screen. It simply allows you to take your t-v with you, so if you need to walk away form your TV for whatever reason, you can carry the video with you.
The Seagate GoFlex Satellite lets you take lots of your files with you when you're on the move, and lets you share them with others. It is, at heart, a portable hard drive with a wi-fi hotspot built in. You use an app to connect it to your smartphone or tablet- and up to three devices can be connected at once. They can all view different content at the same time. The GoFlex Satellite has a 500 gigabyte capacity.
