A new study finds people who do a better job of controlling the risk factors for heart disease in their 40's or 50's have a lot less chance of dying from it, even into their 80's.
Dr. David Frid says, "It's never too early to start addressing what your risk of developing a problem is and that the longer you wait, the higher your risk is".
Heart disease risk factors include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, and diabetes.
