A federal judge reduced the prison sentence of former HealthSouth, CEO, Richard Scrushy in Montgomery Wednesday.   U.S. District Judge Mark Fuller re sentenced Scrushy to 70 months in prison.  The original sentence was 82 months. Some of his fees were also waived.  Scrushy has already served more than four years in prison. He will serve the remaining 16 months in Texas.

Judge Mark Fuller's decision was influenced by Scrushy's good behavior in prison. Fuller said, " I feel you are a different person today.  You have paid a tremendous debt to society."

Scrushy and former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman were convicted of government corruption in 2006.
