You no longer have to leave the state of Alabama to hit the slopes. Cloudmont Ski Resort is open for business.
Great for beginners
and intermediate skiers and snow boarders, the ski resort contains two
one-thousand foot, beginner/intermediate slopes. Two "pony lifts" take skiers
to the top of the slopes that have an elevation of 1,800 feet and a vertical
rise of 150 feet.
Ski rental is
available. Boot rental range in size from a child's 10 to an adult size 13.
Please note ski and boot rental cannot be reserved.
Cloudmont is
located on County Road 614 in Mentone. Open weekdays form 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and weekends and holidays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and
