Kevin Durant added 22 points and 11 rebounds as the Thunder win their fourth in-a-row and ninth of the season.
Marc Gasol led Memphis with 20 points and 14 rebounds, while Rudy Gay tossed in 16 points.
Oklahoma City's win Tuesday was the first of a back-to-backer. The Thunder head to New Orleans Wednesday night for a 7:00pm game with the Hornets.
OKC is 9-2 on the year.
