You may need to get rid of some common over the counter medicines in your home; They are being recalled.

The maker of Excedrin,Gas X, No-Doze and Bufferin voluntarily recalled bottles of these products due to complaints about mislabeled and broken pills.

There have been no health related issues due to the problems, but the pharmaceutical company, Novartis urges you to "either destroy or return unused" products that are part of the recall.

Bufferin and Gas-X have expiration dates of December 20, 2013, or earlier.

Other products have expiration dates of December 20, 2014, or earlier
