Leeds police have made an arrest in the October 29, 2011 murder of 28 year old Nickie Wayne Glenn of Odenville.
The Leeds Police Department obtained a Capital Murder warrant for, and arrested, Benjamin Todd Acton, 28, of Turner Circle, Leeds in the death of Nickie Wayne Glenn. Glenn's body was found along US Highway 78 between Leeds and
Irondale on Saturday 29 October 2011.
Glenn had multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and head.
Benjamin Todd Acton has been in the Jefferson County Jail
since 10 Nov on unrelated weapons possession charges referred by Leeds Police.
