In one of the strangest stat lines you'll ever see, the Golden Eagles forced 40 Grambling State turnovers - but lost in overtime, 89-80.

Jordan Pyle lead the way for ORU with 20 points and eight rebounds.  Star Kevi Luper wasn't far behind Pyle, scoring 18 points, grabbing six rebounds, and notching six steals.

The Golden Eagles had a 12 point lead at the half, up 44-32, but the Tigers clawed back to send the game to overtime.  In the extra period, Grambling State outscored ORU 11-2.

Oral Roberts was just 7-32 from behind the arc, for a season-low 18.9%.

Markisha Patterson lead the way for the Tigers, scoring 19 points.  Wymeka Randle had a big game, recording a double-double with 14 points and 14 rebounds.

The Golden Eagles return to the court on Wednesday, when they travel to Lawrence to take on the Kansas Jayhawks.  Tip-off is at 2:05 P.M.

The next home game for Oral Roberts isn't until January 7th against San Diego State University.
