
G.J. Kinne passed for 283 yards and three touchdowns and the
Golden Hurricane scored on special teams and defense in a 57-28 rout
Saturday at UTEP.
Tulsa (8-3 overall, 7-0 Conference USA) led 29-9 at halftime, then exploded for 21 unanswered points in the third to lead 50-9.
With
the win, Tulsa moves into the final game of the regular season eyeing
11th-ranked Houston to decide the CUSA Western Division.
The
Golden Hurricane will host the game Friday afternoon at 11 a.m. It will
be the fourth time this season Tulsa plays a top ten team.
