A night to help women around the world.

How about having a fun night out and helping a very serious cause?

You may want to go to "Joy to The World: Hope for the Exploited."

The Women's Ministry of Hunter Street Baptist Church invites you to attend.

They describe this event as one that celebrates the gift of Jesus Christ and the true joy He brings to people around the world.

The focus of this event will be to raise awareness of human exploitation.

The guest speaker will be Kimberly L. Smith, President and Co-Founder of Make Way Partners and author of Passport Through Darkness.

The evening will also include food and crafts from missions around the world.

The cost is $10 in the church office or $11 online at HunterStreet.org. Childcare is provided by registration only. Deadline to register for the event is November 13.

 Kimberly L. Smith will share what she has learned about human trafficking and efforts to stop it. She is leading the way to build a powerful, anti-trafficking network spanning Africa, eastern Europe, and South America. Kimberly lives in Sylacauga.
