Drillers Claim A Share Of First Place

The Tulsa Drillers have climbed their way to the top of the North Division of the Texas League.

Tulsa wins 5-1 against the Springfield Cardinals Wednesday night at ONEOK Field.  The combination of Tulsa's win and Northwest Arkansas 11-5 loss to Arkansas gives the Drillers a share of the lead.

Wednesday's win over the Cardinals is Tulsa's ninth straight.

The Drillers and the Cards resume their series Thursday night at 7:05pm.  There are just five games left in the regular season.
