Many people as the question, "Is red wine good for you ?"
Dr. Pineda says,
"Yes. Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy. The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent heart disease by increasing levels of "good" cholesterol and protecting against artery damage. "
Dr. Pineda is now introducing his new wine. It is called Pineda Sonoma County 2008.
It is available at Whole Foods.
