Two games into the first playoff hockey series in Tulsa in six years, the Tulsa Oilers could have played their last home game of the season.
The Oilers lost Game 2 of the five game series 3-1 Friday night, giving the Mississippi RiverKings a 2-0 lead in the best of five series.
Games three and four are in Mississippi, beginning Sunday night at 5:05pm.
Tulsa fell behind early for the second straight game, with first-period goals from the RiverKings' Evgeny Timkin and Patrik Levesque.
The Oilers drew within one in the second period when Mike Beausoleil tipped in a centering feed from Thomas Dignard to collect his second goal of the playoffs.
Mississippi's Chris Richards sealed the victory with an empty net goal with 32 seconds left to play.
The Oilers will try to stave off elimination Sunday and force a Game Four, which would be played Tuesday in Mississippi.
If the Oilers can win the next two games, a decisive Game Five would be played Saturday, April 9th at the BOK Center.
