The ministry is designed to help those with catastrophic problems. The Stephen ministers are there to listen and help people through grief, family illnesses, divorces and deaths in the family.

There are many hours of training before you can become a Stephen Minister. It arms you with the right approach to be able to help someone who is hurting.
