A Dallas judge slammed Comedian Steve Harvey's Ex wife for last month's YouTube rant.

Mary Shackleford posted a series of videos claming, among other things, that Steve cheated on her throughout their marriage, left her broke, and took the couple's son away from her.

On Monday, a four page court document showed that Mary received $40,000 a month through March 2009 and after that received another $1.5 million and she got to keep 3 of their homes. Documents also show that Steve was awarded custody of their child after she "willingly placed the child on an airplane and sent him to Mr. Harvey without his knowledge." Finally, the reason for the divorce according to the filings was "irreconcilable differences" and Steve Harvey's current wife, Marjorie, was not the reason for the split.

The judge ordered Mary to take down her YouTube videos and also issued a temporary injunction requires her to refrain from "discussing the pending and past litigation with the media."
