Atlanta jumped out to an early double-digit lead and never trailed in handing Tulsa its fifth straight loss, 105-89 Tuesday afternoon at the BOK Center in Tulsa.
The Shock trailed just 18-14 with three minutes left in the first quarter. But, the Dream ended the quarter with a 12-2 run and then scored the first nine points of the second quarter to push the lead to 23.
Tulsa turned the ball over 21 times, was outrebounded 44-30 and shot just 43-percent from the field.
Ivory Latta led the Shock with 23 points. Shanna Crossley added 15, Nicole Ohlde had 14 and Scholanda Robinson chipped in 13. Atlanta was led by Iziane Castro Marques' 23 point effort.
The Shock have now lost 17 of their last 18 games after a 3-and-3 start. They will host San Antonio Friday night at 7 p.m.
