Jefferson County, Ala. - *Video/pictures to be added by Monday morning.*
From Jefferson County Sheriff Mike Hale:
"Your calls have led to dozens of arrests throughout 2009. So let's close out the year by making a few more. If you've seen any of these suspects, we ask that you give Crime Stoppers an anonymous call.
First, is 26-year-old Willie James White. He's charged with attempt to commit murder, and we think you might see him around the Tarrant City area. His last known address is along the 2000-block of Etowah Street.
Next, is 25-year-old Felicia Cotton. She's charged with forcible robbery, second degree, and she could be around northeast Birmingham or Center Point. Her last known address is along the 300-block of 20th Avenue Northeast.
We also need to find 54-year-old Leroy Anthony Smith. He's wanted for failure to appear on a domestic violence charge, and he may be around West End in Birmingham. His last known address is an apartment along the 1400-block of Pearson Avenue.
If you've seen them, call Crime Stoppers at (205) 254-7777. And remember, it could mean justice for them, and a cash reward for you. With Crime Stoppers Most Wanted, I'm Sheriff Mike Hale."
In addition to telephone tips, encrypted tips can be submitted online by logging onto
www.birminghamcrimestoppers.org and clicking on the "submit an online tip" link.
If you provide information to Crime Stoppers, detectives will never ask for your name. Instead, they will assign you a private code number. If your tip is the first to lead to an arrest, you then use the code number to claim a cash reward.
