Lineville, AL -
An all clear in Clay County after a rail truck wrecked causing a small chemical spill. It happened just before nine Monday morning. According to state troopers a CSX Railroad Truck hauling propane, oxygen and gasoline drove off Highway 77 just south of Lineville.
It crashed through a small tree and into a power pole. The spill was quickly contained. The driver refused medical treatment.
