Gadsden, AL - An Etowah county jury recommends a death sentence for Timothy Boyle. He was convicted last week for killing two-year old Savannah White in 2005.  The child had been beaten and died from brain trauma.  White was the daughter of Boyle's girlfriend.  The final decision on Boyle's sentence will be made by Judge David Kimberley.

Death is to good for him.  Put him in jail, the inmates will care for him.
