Tuscaloosa, AL - Tuscaloosa police have arrested 32-year old Chip and Amy Ervin. They say the couple had sex with at-least one minor and gave at-least three others Alcohol and Marijuana. Police believe the events took place last Fall at the couple's home in the Shadesbrook Subdivision in South Tuscaloosa County. At the time, Chip Ervin was an assistant football coach at Holy Spirit Catholic High School. The school though dismissed Ervin when the allegations surfaced in mid-January. Today, the Diocese released a statement stressing that since Ervin's dismissal -- they've had absolutely no contact with him. Neighbors of Ervin were shocked. Anthony Crawford lives adjacent to Ervin. He didn't even know they were under investigation. "I'm shocked...they were quiet...I never saw anybody...how did they do that without someone noticing it." He said Ervin had just arrived home before our arrival this afternoon -- but, when we knocked no one answered the door. All of the outdoor lighting surrounding the home were on. The couple is out of jail on a total $130,000 dollar bond. Together, they face 16-counts in the case.
