"Brandon Martin, age 17, was killed on a Saturday night this past September while he was out with his friends. It happened as they were riding down the 2900-block of Avenue Z. Martin and a couple friends were leaving the area when gunshots started coming from the alley.
Martin was hit, and his friends were able to drive further into Ensley where they saw some officers and got help. But it was too late for Brandon Martin. The bullet ended his life.
