Birmingham Police Chief Outraged by Ferrell Homicide

Birmingham - A man arrested for the murder of a Birmingham teenager just got out prison after doing time for robbery and spending a time in rehab.
It's a troubling case for Birmingham's Police Chief who says it's another senseless murder. A little more than a week ago 21 year old Antonio Spencer allegedly murdered 19 year old Demarcus Ferrell, leaving his body in a car on the 1800 block of 19th Ave. N. Police Chief A.C. Roper says the system didn't work.
"We're going to do everything we can to make this city safer but we also need other individuals to get involved and join us and we also need other parts of the criminal justice system to be more effective," says Roper. Roper says he understands some ex-cons return to jail but he says the turn around time of one month is "ridiculous."

GoTakeOnTheDay: You are nothing but a bleeding heart Liberal and a brainless gutless wonder. This sorry S.O.B. should never see the light of day and should be executed without wasting another dime of taxpayers money. I can't understand people like you that would give a lowlife like this another breath. You can leave the Great State Of Alabama anytime you want to and don't let the screen door hit you in the as* on the way out, may all the killers and crooks people like you let out of prison become your neighbors and deal with you in day to day life. This turn the other cheek business went out a long time ago and I'm sure glad you didn't serve on the jury for killers like at the Nurenburg trials , crimes where millions of people were killed I'm sure you would have just spanked their hand and turned them lose. You must be one patheic jerk. The prisons would be over run with killers if you gave them all life without parole. You need to leave Alabama and go back to whatever Liberal State you came from and please do it fast.
