Tuscaloosa, AL - UA defensive end Brandon Deaderick was released from a hospital Tuesday afternoon, after he was shot late Monday evening at an apartment complex in Tuscaloosa. Witness on the scene tell ABC 33/40, Deaderick was in the car with his girlfriend at her apartment complex on Rice Mine Road, when a man approached the vehicle, and attempted to rob the woman.
We're told Deaderick got out of the car, and that is when he was shot. Paramedics transported him to DCH Regional Medical Center.
