Family of Tuscaloosa Hit and Run Victim Offering Reward

Bill Forward is in rehab at Northport Medical Center. He was struck, possibly by a white SUV after his daughter's wedding on June 27.
The crash shattered both of Forward's legs, fractured his skull, broke teeth and left him with multiple bruises.
His family is posting the reward.
They have not said how much the reward is, but it is for information leading to an arrest and conviction of the driver.
