tuscaloosa - Tuscaloosa city attorneys are investigating possible water meter tampering at Stillman College. According to published reports, the city's water department discovered two meters removed near construction sites on the campus. One of the meters is still missing.  Stillman officials say they did not remove any water meters. But, city leaders say they're suspicious because they've been in a dispute with Stillman regarding water meter easements.
