Father Charged in Toddler's Death

One year old Januyah Nicole Hale was found dead at her grandmother's home in the Loveman Village housing community on Wednesday. She died from blunt force trauma.
28 year old Corey Rice is charged with her death.
He was originally held for failing to register as a sex offender. That stems from his current relationship with the child's mother, who is 16, and pregrant with the couple's second child.
