"August: Osage County" has been nominated for a Tony Award for best play of the Broadway season.Also nominated for best play are Conor McPherson's "The Seafarer," Tom Stoppard's "Rock 'n' Roll" and "The 39 Steps" by Patrick Barlow. Best-musical nominees are "In the Heights,""Passing Strange,""Cry-Baby" and "Xanadu."
