Authorities say a north Alabama man who was out repairing storm damage died when a huge tree limb was blown out of a tree and fell on his truck.
Police say 34-year-old Daryl Sizemore of Sheffield died in the accident, which occurred about 10 a.m. Sunday in Tuscumbia.
Sizemore and his brother Brent were working to repair storm damage to Daryl Sizemore's home, where a tree fell during a storm Saturday night.
The two men were riding in a pickup truck when a gust of wind blew down a big limb. It hit the cab of the vehicle, killing Daryl Sizemore and injuring his brother.
The National Weather Service (web|news) says winds were gusting to 40 miles an hour at the time of the accident.
